I feel crazy that me & my twin sister don't. I feel like we're the only twins in the world who are each other's worst enemies. Do you know of any set of twins who don't get along?

I have a twin and most of the time we are like two old quires in an apartment, ( a.k.a. we fight like we are about to kill each other! ) But sometimes we just find something simple to do like a board game and we get along like best friends! Some twins I have seen look like they have never fought each other in their life and some others just could slit each others throat at any given night while the other is asleep. Just remember when you have these fights that it is perfectly normal.

My only experience with twins has been:
When I was 15, I had a boyfriend who was a twin (this was many years ago). They got along but of course fought occasionally, but I figure that was because of their age.
I worked with an older woman who was a friend of my mom's. I became friendly with her. She had a twin and they were very close. Apparently there was a disagreement of some sort and they did not speak for months but now are very close again.
I have such limited experience with twins that I really cannot answer the question. However, I would think that as adults you are your sister would be fairly close especially being twins. That is too bad that you two are not close.

I have heard of twins not getting along. They say that this happens because the twins just want to be there own person and it's hard to do that when people associate you as the twin. It's just something I read in a magazine.

I have an identical twin sister and ive lived my life competing with her though she always seems to come out better than me i love her dont get me wrong if she ever needed me id be there in a minute but were not best firneds and we dont have to be just because we were born together doesnt mean were the same person were completly diff and have nothign in common so why should we pretend to be friends when int ruth were just sisters

Hahaha. Me and my twin bro are often at each other's throats....it's just a sibling thing. Not everybody is going to be all buddy buddy friends forever with their brother/sister, and that's okay.

i know six sets of twins...they all go to my school. out of those six, there is only one pair that don't get along at all. but out of those six, the pair that fight, are the only pair that have divorced parents. i'm not trying to say anything or be offensive....just observing and passing on info
