Sure it's a great food for someone on a low-cal diet. It contains protein, which you need to help build muscle and increase your metabolism. It contains calcium which you need for strong bones and good muscle function. Just be sure you don't eat more than a serving at a time. Good luck!

non fat cottage cheese is a good source of protien. 1% is not good to eat too much of, regular cottage cheese is 3% fat so there isn't much saved. If you are looking at calories, then read the labels and decide how much you can have.

First of all - food regimen is a subculture now not whatever to "go on". Cottage cheese is healthy - it has various protein and calcium and it tastes relatively just right with fruit - fine wilderness.

No. Just devide one container into 4 equal parts and don't cheat. One part should be 2 table spoon only. and don't finish the remaining parts in one day - make it last for a week at least.

in the beginning - weight-help plan is a existence-form no longer something to "bypass on". cottage cheese is healthful - it has a great form of protein and calcium and it tastes incredibly solid with fruit - large barren region.

1 half-cup of fat free cottage cheese is only 80-90 calories (brands differ). If you measure it, its good once or twice a day.
Its fairly high in calcium, too. Fat free yogurt is another good choice--its already measured!

Cheese is fattening if it has fat.
The type you are eating is much better. It has calcium and good quality protein which tend to make people feel less hungry and allow your body to burn more fat.

Not really! if ur goal is to loose weight, then I wouldn't recomend it, is not bad since it has protein in it but but if u are only dieting and not working out that's not a good idea. It will go right to your butt and thighs.(cellulitis)
