I heard that Sauna/hot tub helps you to sweat some pounds off. And of course is not healthy for your body to stay a long time. but, how long is it allowed?? how many times a day? and which helps you sweat the pounds off faster? sauna? or hot tub?

You might lose a pound of water weight but you will gain it back in a minute - you cant lose fat that way, you cant see fat coming out of anywhere the same way you cant see car leaking gas -its used for energy.

If you're a bloke, my first advice is, for the sake of your sperm don't stay in there for over 20 minutes.

Any weight lost through that will mainly be water weight. Try using the infrared sauna instead. That one helps you burn calories apparently.

i am in the middle of fertility treatiment, they say if youre not prego after a year, see someone about it. I take clomid every month to produce eggs, and an HCG shot to force my body to ovulate, dont wait to see a profesional, I wish I would have gone sooner! good luck!

It's pointless you lose water weight then when you drink any kind of liquid you regain the weight.
