I need a job my mom just walked out on us and we don't have enough to pay the bills, but I don't know if I can get a job at 14 could someone help me please

Probably not, it's against the law and there is a child labor law that prohibits anyone under the age of 16 to work. You could however mow lawns, sell papers, baby sit. So sorry to hear about your mother leaving.
