Yes--it is called Canine Cognitive Dysfunction. It is treatable with medications like Selegiline. Dogs with CCD often wander aimlessly, bark for no reason, seem to get lost in familiar places, are awake a lot at night, have housebreaking accidents, and many other symptoms.
