Is there a good diet i can take that is easy and fast or is there a certain work out please help me

Well.....when I was twelve, I weighed 196...I joined Weight Watchers (with parental permission, of course....) and I play a TON of Dance Dance Revolution games. That's all I really play when I go to the arcade! Walking is good, too......I haven't really been trying too hard this year.....but I am now 174.....cut back on carbs and junk food, splurge on certain occasions, and eat your veggies!....I was a mother's dream, I loved broccoli x]

I'm 25 and I weigh 106lbs. But...I am only 5 ft tall. But I got to say that at 13, you really are overweight and honey it's just not healthy...45% is alot. If you want to be happy all the way around then I think you should eat healthier which means fruits, vegetables, cutting out fatty foods and excercise the healthy way. You need to do alot of cardio. You have to do both though. One doesn't work without the other. I think that the best thing to do at 13 is to tell you parent(s) that you are unhappy with your image and ask them for help. You're going to need that support. Good Luck.

First of all, don't try dieting, you'll only end up losing weight and gaining it back (trust me)

What you need to do is start exercising and eating right. If you like group stuff, join a sports league. If your more of a loner, start jogging, yoga or going to the gym.

As for food, you have to learn to eat right and stick to it all your life.

1- Drink lots of water
2- Eat lots of vegetables (green ones more) and fruits
3- Don't eat any white bread or pasta. Try whole wheat instead.
4- Eat more fish and chicken instead of red meat
5- For a while, don't eat any sweets, cake, chips or anything of the sort.
6- Read labels and try not to eat any foods high in fat
7- Don't eat anything fried ever again. Eat stuff baked and stir-fried.

45%?!!?!?!?!?! thats WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYY unhealthy, there are NO easy ways to diet, or fast. Work out for 45 minutes a day, eat portioned meals smaller ones than you normally have, and drink alot of water to fill in the hunger. If you do that, you should be set.

At 13 if you start focusing on dieting you may get an unhealthy idea of it. I say start by joining a team sport. I was very overweight at your age and I joined track & field. It really helped he weight just fall right off. Find what sports you like and just go for it.

would need to know your height to determine how overweight you may be.
But, there is no easy solution kiddo, to lose excess weight takes a lifestyle change, a permanent change in how you live. You need to eat healthy, you need to exercise every single day, for the rest of your life. Fast and easy, does not exist, anyone who tells you different is just after your money for something that doesn't work.

The first thing is to see a doctor about this situation. Make sure it is not due to a hormonal or medical cause. Any good doctor will be able to tell you the best diet for you. One that will be right insofar as vitamins, minerals etc.

At 13 I don't think you should be dieting. I would just watch what I ate and drink. Like to many cokes and sweets will put on some unwanted extra pounds..

join a sports team in your school wether its baseball, softball, soccer, basketball and participate in gym when its that time of the week.

gaining the weight is the easy thing

fat is like a metaphor

its just weights that are so heavy, you cant take them off so you need to shake it off by doing Ur exercises
