try chamging your toothbrush after every sore throat you get.
when you brush your teeth with a sore throat, all that nasty bacteria gets on your toothbrush, and then if you keep using it, you just put all that bacteria in your mouth.
you may also want to get your tonsils taken out or get checked for post nasal drip[i have it too, its the worst.]
also, you may just be susceptible to sore throats and colds.
i have gotten the flu 4 times before in ONE season, i just have a weak immune system.

sounds to me like chronic allergic reaction, your nose drains down the throat making it raw and sore and leaving it open to any infectious agent floating around. Tell mom to take you to a doctor and discuss it.

may be your tonsils. have your mom take you to the doctor next time you have a sore throat.

Could be post-nasal drip irritating the back of your throat.

May-be allergies. That would happen to me when I went swimming in the lake.
