On your list you didn't say tea... so I'm going to say TEA! Tea is great because there are alot of different variation and they have some caffine, but not enough to really buzz you or give you headaches later on like coffee would, and it has less sugar depending what you yourself add then hot chocolate.

One elementary smoothie i like is regularly made with a yogurt (like a single serving field or approximately that quantity) with a pair bananas and frozen strawberries. somewhat ice and a sprint of a few form of milk (i like soy or rice) and it makes an somewhat scrumptious smoothie. usually adequate for 2 human beings. including protein powder, fantastically vanilla, makes it creamy and provides solid proteins. you will get flavored yogurt to alter it up, or try different culmination. Frozen culmination make it much less complicated to have a effective smoothie and additionally save around without spoiling so which you're constantly waiting to make one. i got here across that bananas are incredibly effective for smoothies and bypass with very almost any style on an identical time as including some creaminess.
