im from the philipines and i dont know how to get a haircut here in the U.S

i want a short hair that is nice but a little bit cheap

and HOW DO i saw it

i dont speak english that much

Go to Great Clips. Say," I want my hair right here." Then show them what legnth you want it. Then they will cut it for you and your done.
