Help!! from trillions of needles !?

it's weird. I get this excruciating pain all over my skin. It feels like trillions of needles poking, peircing into my skin.

The episode usually lasts about a few minutes. earilier it was
only on the chest now it's everywhere. This happenns when I am either out in the sun or running, execersizing or angry for some reason some times it happenes when I am walking.
never happens in shover or sleep.

What's this ??? is there some cure ?

It's called parasthesia, but it is a sign, not a disease. You must see a doctor for testing.
