They don't want casual sex with no strings attached. Usually having a friend with benefits gets complicated - especially if you're a female. In other words, that personal ad is clearly stating that they are looking for a relationship, not a continual fling with sex being the source.

You will get several interpretations of that one. It actually means two people, that are at the base friends (they hang out, they talk, things like that) and also have sexual relations with each other once in a while (the benefits).
Not to be confused with a Booty Call, whom you only contact for sexual relations.

I would think it means (NO "friends with benefits") as in they are looking for something long term or more serious.

"Friend with Benefits" is code for F U C K Buddy.
"No friends with benefits" means that they want a real relationship - not just a fun, occasional hookup.

friends with benefits means your not in a loving relationship yet you have married relations unmarried
no friends with benefits means that dont want that type of relationships-possibly just to be friends, or if more then not casual-leading instead to marriage before sexual relations.
