idk, probably, but i really dont no, our coach always tells us that water is the best thing for u to drink alot of water and to add other stuff(gatorade, powerade, stuff like that) but not alot of it. idk, all i drink is water and like 1 gatorade a day tho.

the body needs 2 liters of water daily to function well, to get that much water out of the juices you would need to drink 4 liters of juice. That is a lot of juice and the calories that go with it. Not to mention that when you drink juice you get little benefit of the fiber present in the fruit, and only about half the vitamins. Juices that are processed all contain high fructose corn syrup, so I hope you are using your own juicer. But even then, you are concentrating the sugars present in all fruits. Reconsider, drink more water, less juice.

Fruit juices are not bad at all - they have nutrients - but, you also have to eat the meat part of the fruits that you are juicing because there's also a lot from them. So once in while, just for variation, drink natural fruit juice, say for a treat. It is better than coffee and soda, but include water also in your diet. Water is very very important part of our body. Water washes out toxin and calories you get from thick fruit juices and solid food that we put in in our system. plus food reach in vitamin C.

I've never heard of anyone dying from drinking only fruit juices but I think you should be drinking plain water as well. You need fluids that do not contain so much sugar.

U need to drink water. Your body needs water to replenish itself. Water is the best thing for your teeth too. Juice is not good for your teeth. Our bodies lose a lot of water on a daily basis through urine, breathing, and all the other stuff we do. That water needs to be replaced. Today I read that an average man should drink about 13 cups of water a day and a woman 9 cups of water a day.

Yeah it's not good to only drink sugary things. I realize you aren't adding sugar to this juice, but fruit naturally has sugar in it. You should drink a glass or two of water.

Fruit is mostly water and no matter what you are told, any liquid is added towards your dailly intake of water. If you feel okay and you are in good health and at a good weight, then I would not worry about it. Fruit juices have lots of excellent vitamins and minerals in them.

you NEED water. there is some water in the fruit, but no where near enough.
i'm glad you asked this question before you started drinking only fruit juices and not water. or else you could of harmed yourself.
