He's the one god
The sun god
A fun god
Ra Ra Ra!!!
I believed in him before Answers was even invented. He's the one that puts life in the world, gives energy that we may survive and evolve. He's our father, in that all material came from him. And, in fact, we are inside him in any practical sense. The "Solar System" when seen from any distance is merely Sol (Ra) himself. You can only see planets when you're very close, and then we are within his gravitational range. We're part of him, so naturally he is sacred to us.

Is Ra the sun?
If so I believe the sun gives light and heat to the solar system and was created by God on the fourth day of creation.

I believe in Ra. I see Ra nearly everyday and never forget that I owe my life to Ra.
I don't know how anyone can gaze at the sun and not realize that it is a God that is far beyond our reckoning and to which we owe our existence.
Isn't it strange that we create imaginary men-like Gods but fail to see a real God that we view everyday?
Most of these people are hopelessy lost. They speak of God but don't know what a God really is. They imagine man as God.

? ? ? I know the Ancient Egyptians God was Ra but I personally don't believe in Ra.

I dont' even think the Egyptians believe in Ra all that much anymore.
