Hey, man...If you mean how are you related to your cousin's son, you and your cousin's son are cousins once removed...

He's your "first cousin, once removed." (If he were moved up one generation, he'd be your cousin...thus the "once" generation "removed").
Your cousin's son's daughter would be your cousin twice removed.
Your child and your cousin once removed are second cousins - they share a common great grandparent.

not sure were your at but here in Arkansas you would be second cousins and you would only be kissing cousins if you were gay unless he has a sister.LOL
