So I'm 15 years of age and my boyfriend is in Foster care. I'm really concerned about his whereabouts. He is no longer in city limits. And I was wondering is there a way I could find him, by calling people, or is there a number in Columbus in which one of his relatives could call and find out where he is at, and see about getting custody. All information is appreciated.

Sure, call his relatives and ask them to relay your concern. Tell them you would like to hear from HIM.
If you don't get a call in a month, you know it's over and he is probably ok.
But you're 15, so you do NOT have any legal rights to this information. sory.

You didn't say why your friend is in foster care. If he is there for something that is not his fault, he will more than likely try to contact you.

i assume its your family that would get custody? well you let them handle it. they should know how to do this. they can call foster care places and find out i am sure they would know his family but will they tell you?
