it isnt much , but it is all I have right now
hugging others makes me feel better also
when I am sad , fed up , depressed , lonely ... I find that making others happy makes me happier
so why not try it
say something to all those out there who may be feeling the same way ... cheer them up , and see how it makes you feel also
does anyone do this ?

That's nice of you--Yes, I often do get that way...But when my friends are down, I try to cheer them up the same was that you try to do. Keeping their spirits high, yes? =]

I was okay actually, but if you're not feeling too keen today then close your eyes and imagine this. (hang on...better read it first). Open your eyes for a moment.
The summer sun is low in the sky. A warm breeze blows in over the Lock. You hear the water ripple and splash on the shore. Behind you a cork pops, you turn round and your friend is pouring two glasses of sweet wine. You sit together and drink to friendship. You lie together and count the stars as they appear one by one. And slowly fall asleep in the security of his warm embrace.
Awe jings, now I'm getting all romantic. Don't go telling everyone on here this Atheist has a romantic soul now.

I like hugs, can I have a hug? What makes me feel better is laughing, but I find just about everything funny, so I may not be the best source of advice. At all.

ALL the time, Pangel, ALL th time. And it really DOES work, just as you said. I've lived my life by the Credo, "what you put out, comes back to you, many times over". If you put out love and hapiness you get back love and happiness. If you put out Gloom and Doom, then you get that back too.
