Considering the vast array of things that are sinful, no one is going to "love sin" in general. There may be some sins that certain individuals enjoy, but no one is going to love every single type of possible sin. Some of the sins would be rather unpleasant for almost anyone. (such as suicide).

Also, a lot of people that may love certain "sins" don't think about god at all most of time, let alone bother to spend their time hating god.

I have also met people with addictions to gambling and alcoholism that feel very guilty about their actions and claim they love God, yet they find it extremely difficult to stop their activities. Since alcoholism can be genetically related, would that mean that some people are genetically predisposed to hate God? Why would God create people with special genes that make them hate him?

Also, there is quite a bit of disagreement regarding whether certain things are sinful or not. For instance, some people believe that it is sinful to actually type the word "God", they think that it should be typed "G_d". So, according to them, you are sinful - and I doubt that you are likely to start typing "G_d" simply because of their beliefs. If you persist in this "sin" should we take that as an indication that you hate God?

The word "hate" in the Bible usually means to not love as much. In this sense it is true, they love to do something else in opposition to God.

Does God love everyone? Yes. Does God hate those who defy Him? Yes. There is undeniable tension in this, especially considering the full power of God to do as He pleases. God has a general, unconditional love for mankind; however, hate will be expressed toward those in a condition of opposition to God.

I somewhat agree w/Azzure,however i have no idea what group says that they think it's sin to type God..never heard of that one, & since he doesnt allow e-mail , i guess i'll never know.

I have sinned, though I am a Christian, but I did not hate God. A person, does not realize the love that God has for them , to commit sin. We all are sinners, but we dont realize that sinning is not loving God. However , it is..We don't love Him as we should.

Even the sweet psalmist of Israel , the man God calls later, "a man after mine own heart", committed lust, adultery,& murder. Yet he did love God, After Samuel came to him,w/his story of the shephard, & pointed his finger at David& said"Thou art the man", David repented. if we do not repent,we get hardened & it gets harder & harder to get back to that place that we were before the sin.

in the Bible i think the only sin that is referred to w/the word love is "for the love OF MONEY, is the root of all evil". But peope do not realize, when we sin, that it hurts God, We all need a broken & contrite spirit, & be willing to humble ourselves & pray"help me oh Lord, I'm standing in the need of prayer".

It's all i can do to keep myself clean, & I do love God, but i do not have a lifestyle habit of sinning*(pattern). People dont realize., i dont think they hate God,they are just ignorant, I guess is what i'm trying to say.

You Can't love sin and also love God. God is love, he can't have any thing to do with sin.
A man can't serve two masters, He will love one and hate the other.

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Matthew 6: 24. This says it all!!!!!

They may think they love God even while they love sin, but, they have forgotten that God will not share with any other "god"...of which a person makes their sin into.

Peace be with you :)

John chapter 14

15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Romans chapter 1

28: And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

29: Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

30: Backbiters, HATERS OF GOD, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

31: Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

32: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
