Vitamins are necessary in small amounts for normal metabolism. If you are eating a regular balanced diet there is no need for a vitamin supplement. Most claims of vitamin/supplement suppliers about vitamins or any other supplement enhancing mental processes or memory are hoaxes. There is no scientific foundation to my knowledge for anything you eat contributing to better memory or mental function (except perhaps some prescription drugs to treat mental disorders).

Good luck, good health, peace and love!

While vitamin/mineral supplements are not meant to cure, treat, or mitigate any disease or condition, the best one to take is the one that will be absorbed fully.

In addition, for memory, which is partially regulated by the endocrine system, I recommend what is referred to as a phytosterol. A natural occurring substance.
