I have set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth. And it will be when I gather the clouds on the earth, then the bow shall be seen in the clouds. And I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you, and every living soul in all flesh. And the waters shall not again become a flood to destroy all flesh.
(Genesis 9:13-15)

To answer your question, no. I know for a fact that God will not use a flood to destroy the earth. Genesis 9:11 says, "I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth." In other words, no more great floods. I agree that the sin in the world is rampant today, but God promised not to destroy the world with a flood, and God always keeps His promises.

There will not be another world flood as God has said in his word. However there will be great sea storms as we are now beginning to see in some of the sunamis, which will cause men to be perplexed and their hearts to fail (Luke 21:25-26).
in the book of Revelation chapter 8 , the judgements of God are described where at the final end of earth as we know it, it says that 1/3 of the earth and sea gets destroyed as well as the fresh water. When the end of the world has come God will make a new heaven and earth where there will not be any more sea (Rev 21:1). The people who made it to heaven will
be living in the heavenly city called the New Jerusalem until the new earth is made. Then the New Jerusalem comes down to the new earth where God's people will live forever reigning with Christ.

What does God say about that? When the flood ended, God sent a rainbow, and that rainbow was a promise to ALL mankind that He would never flood the earth again. However, you are right to say that there is sin rampant on the earth today. What did God say about that? "In the last days perilous times will come". God knows it will get worse, before Christ returns, however remember that there is a way of escaping the judgment of God- THE CROSS of CHRIST.

Nope, God promised us after the flood that Noah went through ever to flood the earth again.
And the sign of that promise is the rainbow.

Never. God promised He would never destroy the world again in a flood. He put His sign in the sky as proof of His promise – the rainbow.

There never was a "great flood."
If the world were covered in water, the humidity level in the atmosphere would make it impossible for anything to breathe. All air breathing life would die.
Get some science dear.
