I have been seeing all these questions on farting. I know it is natural and from an etiquette stand point women generally do not fart. You life must be hell!! or are guys just gassier?
My grandma farts like crazy. What the deal with this? At what point do you just say the hell with it and let it rip? I feel your pain.

I will say, on camping trips (as a guy) the farting gets out of control. Almost like a contest. I even had a friend fart in car and promptly rolled up the windows with the heat running full blast. I got sick and he thought it was funny. Maybe we are just juveniles.

This is to be done in private. Anyone with the self control not to need diapers is generally capable of finding a restroom when necessary.

I fart all the time! I think the true question is, How do girls get away with farting in public without being noticed or blamed? Try that one!

Uhh, woman tend to have manners and are more mature than guys. At a young age our minds developed that passing gas is a "Guy thing" a "Nasty, disgusting, dog drooling" thing. Like Picking your nose in the lunch room by your peers. So us woman taught ourselves the "Silent Fart" So we can calmly pass gas, burp, etc. Without any of you guys noticing! You don't have to let it rip, you can let it slip... easily. When we're not around you we usually don't care of our "Nature calls" so we let it rip. I believe that guys are more gas-ous than girls just because they do it so often! Or maybe you guys don't care, I dunno. It's like ya'll force yourselves to fart. Lol
Oh well, just something we like to keep to ourselves.
Like our tampons. =]

It's a gas! Ha, ha!
After lots of years of trying to hide the noise at friends homes, stores whatever, there are times when it still makes a squeaky noise.
When I am home I let it rip!!! It is a relief!

Woman do so fart, oh my God are you kidding me! We just know when and where to do it is all, not like guys who just pick their tuschies up and just let em' rip!
For the record, my mother always told us kids, "better out, than in".

I hate that this subjuect is so hard for girls. Our stomachs hurt all the time trying to be discreet and proper!!!!! It sucks. Anyway, we don't fart. We "Fluff". Guys should just let us know that they don't care, and don't make a huge when it does happen.

Women are probably more discrete in their approach to dealing with the issue.
The gas in our intestines come from several sources: air we swallow, gas seeping into our intestines from our blood, gas produced by chemical reactions in our guts, and gas produced by bacteria living in our guts.
