The songwriters "very own" the music, no remember who's interior the band. In different words, if a band has 4 individuals and in basic terms 2 of them write the music and lyrics then those 2 very own it. If Roger Daltrey wanted to re-record his vocals, then this is totally fantastic assuiming the Pete Townsend wasn't gonna treaten to sue and Roger became a contributing songwriter. besides the incontrovertible fact that, there is not any clarification for Daultry to choose to alter his vocals. Doing so would, likely divulge his barriers (it is the comparable reason Robert Plant won't do a Led Zepplin Reunion) If I ensue to get indignant over it, there is not any longer implication of possession as a fan. this is like asserting, "i'm indignant including your question, yet i'm a fan. So, I now very own your ideas (if no longer all of you). Plus, claiming possession over some thing reason your indignant, is the comparable as stealing. No, music would not exchange into the international's belongings (except it Christmas Carrols or "happy Birthday", songs so previous it is imposable to hint down the songwriters.) music is partly owned by using record labels so if an artist would not very own their music (and somebody else did no longer purchase the rights), then the label is granted possession. Artists ought to and do have the main appropriate to toy around with their previous paintings, there are a lot of re-recorded songs and finished albums already accessible (to no longer point out all the remixes of songs).

A good doctor should obviously have the training required and the experience. They should also be certified by whatever board they specialize in, i.e.: American Board of Dermatologists, Optometrists, Gynecologists/Obstetricians, Pediatricians, etc.

Perhaps most importantly though, they should be able to relate to their patients. They should not only be able recognize symptoms and diagnose and treat them accordingly, but they should teach and listen to the patient. A doctor should always explain everything thoroughly and give options for care. It should never be assumed that the patient understands. If they understand, they'll say so, but in most cases, they would like to learn all they possibly can from their physician.

I've had loads of docs in my day....I was a stage IV cancer, have had many other medical issues, my daughter has Spina Bifida, hydrocephalus, seizures...you name it!

In my opinion, what makes a good doctor is one with an even balance of reputation, knowledge, and personal skills. What good is an excellent physician that can't communicate with the patient and has an atrocious bed-side manner? And what good is a "people person" physician who barely has their feet wet in practice and sells medicine like a used car?

Outstanding doctors are ones who truly take care and concern of their patient's needs...both physically and emotionally. Mental well being can effect your physical state. I have always been most pleased with the physicians that treat your healthcare as if you were a member of their own family. The others may add up in other areas of medicine...but if they fall short of being well balanced in over all treatment of the patient...it's time to seek a second opinion.

Besides the fact that most doctors expect to be respected, because they went to medical school, got the degree, and a whole bunch of letters that are attched to their name, i think a good doctor should respect the patient most of all. I have seen so many docs have no respect for their patients. Acting like they are superior, they don't have time for the patient, patients name start to become "bed 8", and they are in an out like a horrible one night stand. Good doctors egos should not be so high their floating in their own money. But most of all one who doesn't try to play the part of God.

A good doctor can admit that he 'doesn't know everything' and can do 'research' ... a good doctor LISTENS to his patients and treats them as intelligent people ... a good doctor knows that not everyone has insurance, and knows what 'older and less expensive pills' work just as well or better than the new and exceedingly expensive ones do. A good doctor tells me when he's going on vacation and says 'Please don't get sick until I get back.' MY DOCTOR IS THE BEST ONE THERE IS ...

There are a few things that I think can make or break a doctor knowing what they are really doing, good listener and being approachable so you actually feel like you can tell them what is wrong, and being able to explain to you what is wrong in terms you will understand.

Somebody who knows how to read symptoms, accurate diagosis, and has a methodology to curing that problem.

A bad doctor is a person who goes (Try is medicine, Try that medicine, until they hit the right one that cures) lol. Or is one who is in it strictly for the money, giving low quality treatments to low income patients.

A doctor who listens to what their patient thinks, and takes it seriously. And who's always positive about their diagnosis before prescribing anything.

Obviously someone that knows what they are doing, and shows it. Someone that has a sense of humor, and isnt uptight around you. You need to feel like you have known the doctor forever, and that he isnt just your doctor, but a friend also.
