What is the best and safest way to start losing the pregnancy fat because i know right after the birth i really won't be able to move around that much because i will still be recovering.

80% of fat loss is diet -when you are able to start exercising or just taking long walks you will lose even more.
Plus if you are gona be breastfeeding your body will burn a lot more calories.
try making healthy food choices - whole grains, lean meats, soy and milk products, healthy fats, fruit, veggies and legumes. Eat 5-6 small meals a day, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day and at least 8 glasses of water a day.
