Look at the battle Jesus had with His great sacrifice. He endured the piercing crown of thorns(I've felt ONE and they are deep), the pulling of His beard, the lashes with the 9 tailed metal ball end whip, the humiliation of the nakedness and of course the piercing of the wrist and feet on the Cross. He did this for YOU and conquered hell death and the grave for YOU. 'Ask and you shall receive' He tells us so ask Him for help. 'The joy of the Lord is our strength' and when Satan can get our joy, we are indeed weakened. Read some Scripture, it's all good news. God Bless you.

OH KAK -- I remember being 16. Horrible time of life -- hormones raging, acne raging, parents raging, teachers.....you get the picture.
Do you feel like you don't fit in - even with those around you - your own peer group? Feel no one understands you -- or if they knew the real you, they wouldn't want you around?
ACK - I hated those years and I think it is worse now then when I was a teenager in the '70's.
Just know that these years will pass and someday you will look back at them as the best years although I know that seems impossible now. The best thing you can do is find someone to talk to and remember that you make a difference in someones life even when you don't feel that you do. Sometimes it is hard to think of how we effect others. Sometimes we don't appreciate who we are to someone else.
It will get better -- hang in there.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. The teen years were really hard for me, so I can empathize.
God loves you; never forget that. Keep it in your mind at all times. It might even be a good idea to write in on a piece of paper and place it somewhere where you will see it first thing in the morning.
Also, try praying. Pour out your heart to God as if He were your best friend; not only does it help you to vent, it improves your relationship with Him, and you will definitely feel His presence with you from day-to-day. Sometimes, when I'm feeling down, I envision Christ next to me. It helps tremendously.
I am praying for you. Feel free to email me if you would like to talk to someone. God bless, and hang in there. This too shall pass.

Maybe just go do an assemblé? ...maybe even a brisé? :o)
Let's see...something to bring one up...hmmm...I hope you will read all this...it is going to take some work! Please read it, now... :o)
Well, I'll quote this, first:
The heights by great men reached and kept
Were not attained by sudden flight but they
While their companions slept
Were toiling upward in the night!
Then I'd tell you to walk by someone you know with the biggest and goofiest smile on your face. Don't say anything to them, just walk by with the goofy smile...
Then, I'll quote you this:
" 22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth."
Don't hate yourself for any reason whatsoever. You are a child of God and I know it for sure. He counts your tears and knows your heart.
Besides, who likes a grumpy bum? If you want to have a chocolate malt, go have a chocolate malt! If you want to twatch Care Bears, go watch Care Bears. Then move on and get back to work, as it were!
Heavenly Father doesn't expect us to walk faster than we can run. (Reread that sentance! Most people don't catch the verbs in the proper order...)
Oh...perhaps you've heard this one:
A five year old boy and a six year old girl live next door to each other. The boy is Catholic and the girl is Protestant (insert any two groups there that you might want).
One day they are playing in the sprinklers. It is hot and sunny and, being kids, they take off all their clothes and play in the sprinklers naked.
They're having a great time when, suddenly, the boy stops, looks at the girl and says, "So THAT'S the difference bettween protestants and catholics!!!"
Don't worry, lots of people love you. There is NEVER any reason to be unhappy in this world, when it comes right down to it! If we keep an eternal perspective, life is GREAT. I'm not deluding myself either.
Yeppers, bad things happen but, don't worry, our Dad is the pilot of this airplane. He's a pretty good pilot too. It'll be a little bumpy for a while - but just wait until the storm is over!!
" 7 And if thou shouldst be cast into the pit, or into the hands of murderers, and the sentence of death passed upon thee; if thou be cast into the deep; if the billowing surge conspire against thee; if fierce winds become thine enemy; if the heavens gather blackness, and all the elements combine to hedge up the way; and above all, if the very jaws of hell shall gape open the mouth wide after thee, know thou, my son, that all these things shall give thee experience, and shall be for thy good."
Stay strong and be happy! Smile at everybody and you'll feel good pretty quick. If not, you'll start to cry and someone will comfort you! :o)
OH! Don't forget to smile like this:

What are you thinking? are you thinking depressing thoughts? I think therefore I am. If you think happy thoughts you will be happy,If you think sad thoughts you will be sad. Think about spending life in prison without the possibility of parole. Now think about winning the lottery and living your life out in Hawaii. See it is the thought that counts. In the Bible Jesus tell us to think on positive things, probably just for that reason. Take care and may God bless you spiritually.

Remember that Paul said heaven was so glorious and so beautiful, human words were not worthy of describing it. This life is short and we do suffer. But one day you will see Him face to face, and be ushered into the place He has prepared for you.
I ask the peace of God and the love of His son to fill your heart this evening with the knowledge you are eternally His.

Zephaniah 3:15 says, "The Lord your God is with you,
he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."
I don't know what has you down, but just remember, God is always with you. The mighty omnipotent Creator of the universe is with you. He loves you and will take you in His arms and hold you and comfort you. Hope that helps.

Psalm 118:6 The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
It reminds me that all things fall before the Lord. He will lift me up and keep me safe and endure me through all things.
