Does anyone kno of a secret language that is really easy to learn that i can talk with friends so ppl wont kno wat were saying (yeh im crazy dat way lol) oh yeh and not pig latin everyone one in the world seems to know that *cough cough* tanks!

Learn to speak Latin. Yes, people know, but not that many. Plus you will seem smarter to parents and other people, and they will help and encourage your learning.

If it is, as you requested, "really easy to learn" chance are it is not very secret. For something that may be a bit more difficult to learn, but perhaps very secret, try Navajo - got the USA through WWII.
Otherwise, make up something yourself. My grandma told me of a way of talking that she and her friends used years ago. Basically the idea was to have words for each consonant and then just say the vowels, then they'd spell out what they wanted to say - problem is, most people don't know how to spell today.
For example:
Gug E O Rare Gug E = George
Tut E Rare Rare Yank = Terry
