I think that Truth, Morality and Spirituality are combined and they define who we are and what we believe. It sometimes takes a lot of courage to stand up for those beliefs. Before I was the kind of person who would keep my opinions and beliefs to myself if they differed from those of other people or from what society considered to be correct or moral. A few years ago I had experienced some major changes in my life and they led to me becoming a person who now defends my beliefs. I do what I want whether it is considered socially acceptable or not. I am the one who has to live my life and the one who will answer for the decisions I make so I owe it to me and to God to be courageous enough to stand up for what I believe to be right. I think you honor yourself and God when you become empowered to continue to wear your hijab regardless of what people say. I have always been a very tolerant person and never judge another for anything. I sincerely do not understand why someone would care whether you wear a hijab or not as it does not effect them in anyway. It is so sad that in the world we live in today a person cannot freely be themselves without others thinking they need to have an opinion on the matter. God bless you and stay strong.

To me, one word defines all of the ideas stated above: Honor.
if a person is without honor, they will be lacking in all of these qualities. And the first and most important component in honor is faith. That is why so many people in american culture have no honor, and there fore are lacking in truth, morality, spirituality, and especially courage. And I will defend Islam in whatever manner necessary, and thank Allah subha'ana wa ta'ala for the opportunity.

The only truth to me is that there is always more to learn. Morality is different, as a society most people feel that hurting another person is wrong. I believe that the most important rule morally is never hurt anyone, otherwise moral rules are dangerous to argue about. Spirituality is something I don't totally understand, though I am happy with my life, and hope everyone else is as well. Courage is being able to admit when you are wrong, and question if you are right.

I think those virtues are BEST defined when they are simply what they are, and not convoluted to be used to get ahead in society or to make ourselves feel superior to others. The truth can hurt as much as heal, morality makes you a better person than you used to be, but not better than others, Spirituality remiinds us of our world community, but can get twisted so we try to remove ourselves from the world we live in, and courage can be used as an excuse for stupidity.
A lot of people will tell you..parroting those life lessons we learn growing up, that courage is being able to be defiant, even when its unpopular. I'll tell you that courage..real courage..is just getting through the day sometimes.
Courage for you in regard to your faith and how you practice it would be to be loving in the face of the prejudice and misunderstanding. Show always the compassion of God, most especially when it is most difficult to do so, and you will fulfill all of those virtues.

What you think defines
"Truth" - When the word and the deed become one.
"Morality" - A line defined by something higher than you.
"Spirituality" - Focusing on the eternal, not the temporal.
"Courage" - Determining to do what is right against all odds.
"would defend what you believe is right, regardless of what people think of you."
Yes. What people think of me is unimportant. What God thinks is everything.
"I face a lot of issues while wearing my hijab, but the more people say things, the more I am empowered to wear it. I am not afraid of defending something I believe is right."
This is admirable. I am sorry there is so much immaturity out there regarding such a small temporal thing.
"For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” - 1 Samuel 16:7

I also believe in speaking up when something is wrong....silence means acceptance...right?
Truth: Gods word is absolute truth....mans interpretation of it is only opinion
Morality: To distinguish between right and wrong....if a little voice in your head is saying "do you think this is a good idea?" then it probably isnt.
Spirituality: combine what you know about the next life and its repercussions with the things you do in this life...live accordingly
Courage: to act on your beliefs
I personally do not believe in hijab...I took mine off after 17 years of wearing it because it never felt right....it never felt like something God would order me to do....God is Just...period. I took it off because I dont believe in it knowing full well other Muslims would judge me and send me straight to hell in a swan dive....but to each his or her own. I believe this to be true and followed that....my niya is pure...and God knows me better than anyone else.
God is Most Forgiving Most Merciful....Muslims are not.

Truth = Any idea, statement or theory, which can be and IS verified repeatedly through rigorous testing and continued use.
Morality = Similar to Ethics, a devotion to the practice of peaceful co-existence with family, neighbors and self with an an awareness of what constitutes unethical or immoral behavior as well as an understanding of it's potential consequences for self and society.
Spirituality = An inner, constant connection with a source of strength that promotes those ideals of not only morality and ethical behavior, but personal strength and growth as well.
Courage = This one is the easiest to define. We see courage around us every day, and not just in our soldiers who face death every day for the sake of some vague sense of victory, but in the actions and words of anyone who perseveres with determination and a willingness to endure the hardships, obstacles and insults that stand between them and their noble goals, be it parents, workers, athletes or children who face the kinds of hardships we can only barely imagine.

Such absolute great words can't be defined at all, Justice.. what is Justice? what's love? but.. We can give an example for someone having all those morals and more: The Prophet Salla Allaho Alayhe wa Sallam, The Quran that walked the earth. We can also follow this great example.

I think you are deceived by a false religion, but that you should be consistent and do what you think is right (if you don't go against others), and DO NOT do otherwise just because others say so. If you think you should wear a hijab, then wear it.
That wouldn't be to convince, but rather to impose through intimidation, what is NOT a good way to "convert" people. At least, that is the way Christianism works: through convincing, not imposing.
The funny part is that Islam was spread not through convincing, but with imposing it through a dead threat (I am talking about history). And it is sustained in many muslim countries the same way nowadays (it may be a crime to convert to any other religion).
Peace.

our truths are personal .. and no one can tell us our truths are wrong
morality is also personal ... what is right to one , may not be to another... but there are universal morals of course
spirituality is also personal ... I see many times people say on here ( fill in the blank ) cant be spiritual , says who ? what is spiritual to one may not be to another ... it is whatever completes us and fills us
courage is what you show when you wear your hijab , and I am like you in that , it makes me all the more determined to be me and believe what I believe ( ok some may call that stubborness lol )
as long as all of the above is done with respect and kindess to others
