If by secular you mean scientific, then no. Science can't comment on the supernatural.

However, if one was to consider the historical accuracy of the Bible, that could be used as "secular" evidence.

i can't even provide 'secular evidence' for the existence of love, beauty, truth, joy...and yet, they exist as well ! it's a truly amazing world, isn't it?
