I've been in lots of relationships before and girl the way i see it, If you can never do or be enough for him, he's not for you, move on. Stop stressing yourself out over a guy that obviously wont ever appreciate the things you do for him, Leave and you'll find someone who will, ppl never miss a good thing till it's gone. Dont try to change for anybody, change for the better, not for people you'll only screw yourself when you make all kind of changes and do all kinds of things that you dont do because in the end they'll still not appreciate you, they'll appreciate what you DID maybe for a moment, but soon it'll all be back to the way it was. Just move on. It's your choice.

what you've written is pretty ambiguous so I'm going to respond based on a few assumptions.
First I'm going to assume that your boyfriend isn't a tool and appreciates you.
Second I'm going to assume that you aren't compulsively looking for approval from people you care about.
The key to most guys is confidence, most guys don't have a lot of it, even those who act cocky are usually overcompensating. The fact is most guys can be just as self conscious about everything as girls can. Their looks, their clothes, the bodies, relationships, you name it. Think about the things that you need to hear from time to time and flip it.
Tell him you like the way he looks in a certain color, or if he wears his hair in a certain way. If he's a little heavy ask him if he's been working out. If he's a little skinny ask him if he's been working out. Drop him a text from time to time telling him you're thinking about him. Basically you don't have to spend a lot of money or make grand gestures to let someone know how much you care about them. You just need to give them subtle reminders as to why they are special to you without feeling like they are needy, or fishing for compliments.

ok,ok,ok, r u ready?
first, grab a large pot, put it over fire, now fill it with some lizard tai....nah i`m just joking. the idea to please ur boyfriend, or anyone for that matter is to find out there interests, now since he is already ur boyfriend, u need to go deeper than that find out what maybe worrying him...also lately has he been demanding certain things that u just don`t even think about? has he found something(or someone) more meaningful thanyour relationship? if so...try overcoming that, and if all else fails try contacting me :)

If what you do for affection is not enough for your boyfriend, you need to talk to him. Find out what you're NOT doing and what he is desiring. I could give you 100 ways to show affection, but he might have something more specific in mind. Talk to him about it.

there is no better way to show you care than sodomy. That sweet oraphis is truly a spectacular way to show a special someone how you feel. Take it easy though, you dont want him to finish to fast. Try it.

Suprise him, send him a card at work. Give him vocuhers that entitled him to do anything that he wants to do with you. Tell him everyday that you are happy that he is your boyfriend, give him massages or let him take over while you are having sex.

How old are you?
Cause if you are over 18 should know what to do already. Just do it!
If you're not over 18, you're too young to do it, so just wait till you're old enough, and THEN do it.
