I have been lifting for about 2 years but what is a good program to follow as in what muscle group for what day. Like Mondays for chest, etc. I don't do legs so eliminate that.

I don't have a routine for you, just a suggestion.
You might want to add legs to your weight lifting schedule too. Otherwise, you might end up looking like those cartoon bulldogs. ---- Big on top, teeny on bottom........ not very attractive on a human being.

A friendly opinion. I've seen it happen.
