If I had just gotten done with 2 hours of mowing and it is 90 something degrees I would want water or ice tea. Since I only drink diet soda it would further dehydrate me instead of helping replenish what I just sweated out for 2 hours.

Ice tea--I'm from the south, so I grew up on it sweet--and I mean SWEET! But now I drink it unsweetened and it tastes just fine to me! Very refreshing on a hot day--I'd die without it!
