I have always heard/read that if a guy is into you, he will find a way to let you know. Can there be an exception to that? Can shyness, lack of proper communication or unordinary circumstances keep a guy from letting a girl know he is into her? Like maybe if he doesn't know that the girl is really into him, or there are difficult circumstances that make him think it wouldn't work, yet he would want to be with her if those circumstances were different? Please let me know what you think.

I think there is definitely an exception to that rule. A lot of guys are just shy and are afraid of rejection and that could be the reason why they don't pursue a girl!
