That depends - I dont know if the US has a working holiday arrangement with Australia, as Australia doesn't have one with the US.
You didnt mention what you do for a living, or your age or how long you want to go, or if its temporary or permanent or....?

very difficult unless you want to immigrate and that is just as hard......... unless you are skilled in a trade that Australia is looking for
though if your under 30 you can apply for a 12 month working holiday visa
