Unfortunately, there is a controversy in the medical world about Lyme treatment. If you are still suffering after being diagnosed a year ago, you need to find a doctor affiliated with ILADS, the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society. Mainstream medicine gives you three weeks of antibiotics for Lyme, and if you're still suffering, they say "tough." ILADS takes a more individualized approach, recognizing that some people need more than the standard course of treatment. An ILADS doc will also likely test you for co-infections--stuff the tick can give you at the same time it gives you Lyme. Co-infections are a huge problem for some people, and you won't get well until you treat them.

I'm a nurse in Texas. Lyme disease is fatal, so I really don't think y'all have lyme disease. I woud see a doctor tho, because I cant check over the internet. Could be allergic reactions? Good luck

Most Lyme disease patients can be "cured" with excessive amounts of anti-biotics, being "flushed" as it were. Why hasn't your doctor suggested this treatment or have they. Maybe find a different doctor?
