Help! I have a BOSE Lifestyle 18 system with a remote control RC28T1-40. The remote has stopped working. Batteries are ok. Speaking to local BOSE agent, he suggests the radio code switches above where the batteries fit may have been altered. Does anyone know how to re-tune the remote to the Lifestyle System.

This is good to know.
As well as the usual descriptions of Bose products ("...poorly made...", "...grossly overpriced...", "...rotten sound quality...", etc.), we can now add "...appalling after-sales service...".
Just one more reason not to buy Bose.

No, why you were on the phone with the guy, why didn't you have him help you. Get on the phone with the company until someone helps you.
