My ex and I were together for almost a year..is was such a great guy sweet, caring..I loved him so much. Well we got into this little fight over a week ago, over something stupid I dont even remember, and he told me he didnt want to be with me anymore and he didnt love me. Just the day before he was telling how much he loved me and how we were going to be together foreve, and he even wanted to move in an apartment with me. I just dont understand how you can change your mind overnight.Im so confused, how do you move one and get over this?

They say there's a fine line between love and hate. I think you found it.

This sudden change is surprising. My first guess is that he's been leading you on for awhile and was waiting for an argument to use it as an excuse to leave. Give him two weeks to calm down and talk to him about your relationship one more time. The fact that he told you he loved you so much one day and said he doesn't love you the next day makes me kind of wonder if some thing's been going on behind your back for awhile. One really good 'sit down', to clear the air is really needed here...but be prepared for anything. I know you care deeply for him...but if he's saying things like that, you might want to look for someone else, regardless of what he says when you have your 'sit down'.
Good luck.

I think he had already had doubts about the relationship BEFORE this 'silly little argument'. The argument just helped him make the decision. This same thing happened with me.

My answer for you is to give him space. Leave him alone. If he wants you back, he'll call you first.

If he DONT call you, still, leave him alone. It's hard but it's necessary.

I would say wait a little while. And maybe he will realize his mistake. (if it really was one). But if this is how he really feels about then you will just need to get over it and go out meet other guys. Be outgoing to people, and make them want to be with you.

It will take time. I had a similar situation in a past relationship. Just take it one day at a time and spend time with friends and people who make you happy.
