I think he might be. He knows I have a boyfriend. Then he emailed me asking me if I had fun at the movies with my boyfriend over the weekend? It's odd because I hang out in areas he doesn't usually frequent because I know he lives an hour away. He always griped about gas prices and I was always the one to drive out to his place.
He says he often sees me driving on the freeway, or at the mall, and at the movies. I find that strange because I'm a people watcher and don't recall ever seeing him around me.
How else would he know I have a bf? Or that I was at the movies, or what movie I saw for that matter? It's really starting to freak me out. Is he stalking me? Should I get a restraining order?

We broke up in January...it's now August and I'm still having to deal with him following me, and always knowing where I am. The man has logs of conversations I've had with family and friends, as well as where I've been and what I've been doing. That doesn't sound normal to me. And as far as a restraining order sounding "gay"...I'm so sick of people using that term in replace of "stupid". Seriously...grow up. I'm asking for advice here. Not for judgements.

Oh and he vandalized my home. I have proof because the morning it happened I was talking to his sister and asked her if she knew where he was that morning and she said he was on his way into (the city where I live) town.

I just think it's freaky. He knows I live alone. He knows I have 3 dogs, and I had 2 when he and I were together last year. How else would he know that unless he came to my house. It's really freaking me out. Nobody in my household smokes cigarettes or smokes at all...and I've found cigarette buds all over my yard.

Simply reply that the movie was great, and the sex afterward w/the new bf was the best ever, and thank him for asking, then tell him to F**k Off. Don't act afraid or mention restraining orders or confrontations with the bf, that would just let him know he was "getting to you" with his behavior. Then never respond to another email. If he calls, hang up and take the phone off the hook. If you see him following you, take him for a long ride (road trip)

Sounds like a stalker. Maybe you guys have a mutual friend who is telling him whats going on. OR maybe your new bg and him have a mutual friend. I wouldn't go as far as getting a restraining order quite yet.

hmmm well he might be stalkin you ,,, or he might have someone that knows him and you both that happen to be there this is a serouis probelm though if you feel you are being stalked you should do what you have too bringin ya bf in this is only gonna make is worse the ex may decide to go after him if really stalkin and jealously

it does sound pretty wierd... i don't know if hes stalking u but i've read about stories like these in magazines and stalking is becoming a growing problem. in the stories in the magazines it is the man (usually an ex) who is stalking the woman. i recommend u talk to someone about it before it turns nasty. good luck!

Good grief girl! Sounds like a stalker to me. Ask yourself this; Would you consider him a stalker if you DIDN'T know him? Nip this one in the bud. Could turn into something dangerous.

hell yea it sounds like he is stalking u or un less your friends have ben telling him this info thats mite be how he knows were u area and u never see him but if that isent the case then he is a **** n sneaky *** ninjjjjjaaa who stalks u and dont get restraneing order yet get one when he starts following u like behinde u in your car thats when u should get one

dont get a restaining order thats gay.... just ask him... it'll be easier... it also sounds like hes really nice and still likes u... so just talk to him and tell him ur over ....make it clear... or try to hook him up with another girl
