i know that you should take one after working out. but when do you take another one before you go to sleep?

im taking soy protein 95 Gnc Brand has 25 grams of protein and 5 grams of carbs.

Have one with your breakfast, after workout, and before you go to sleep that's all you need.

Your shakes are fairly low in carbs, so you're safe to have them at night. However, the protein in most powders is quick digesting protein. For that reason, I have my shake, with fruit blended in, only after workouts, or sometimes in the morning. But, not at night.

At night, I'll go with as pure a protein as I can, and one that digests slower than those in powder form. Examples of good night-time protein is no-fat cottage cheese or tuna.
