it seems that most things in life don't really last!!!!!!
for once could ssomeone tell me something that will never change so i won't feel as crapy as i do today.

Life changes all the time - that's why it's called life. Get used to it. Life doesn't last - we die.
Instead of railing against the unfairness of it all, start living a life of your own. Do something useful for somebody else, take up a hobby, enrol as a volunteer and help people less fortunate than yourself, offer to help someone who's so busy he hasn't time to sneeze, let alone complain about life changing...
Get a life!

The believe in yourself that you are a good capable person that is aware of your limitations. That you would not intentionally hurt another person. And that you realize you are lucky to have the things in your life that you have as there is always people far less fortunate, so please be grateful for all the things that you have. We sometimes get feeling crappy but have to just look at the poor people that are forced to live in poverty and without many of the luxeries that we take for granted, this in itself should help to raise our spirits if we are truly grateful and not being childish and selfish.

hmmm. alot of things in life change. this is not a bad thing. without change nothing that we have now would be as it is. if there was no change would the caveman discover fire? would the telephone have been invented? would America have been founded? no none of these would have happened. dont fear change. look at all experiences as good. even bad experiences are good if you learn something from them and grow because of it =)

There are some things in life you have some control over......you should concentrate on those things.
You're agonizing over something that hasn't happened yet and may never happen.....you don't even have anything specific in mind.

things change that you really want to change, you might not see it this way but not having done the action of whatever changed, then nothing could have changed into something different, think about it...
