No, that isnt too much. If you are trying to lose weight you should be doing cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
do some light weight training as well a couple of times a week.

Too much for what? I do more than double that, and it hasn't hurt me any. Most elite athletes do even more.

Your body adapts pretty well to whatever you throw at it, which is the whole point of exercise.
