These are two different words in two different languages.

First is hebrew, second is arabic and or aramaic.

My question is linguistic of nature.

I know the word 'Allaah' does not have any plurals or male or female versions (Arabic has words that have gender like French does)

Is the word 'Yahweh' a same form of the word? without plurals or gender versions?

Thank you

Allah is just a variant of El, as in Elohim.

Yahweh is supposed to be the name of G-d, not the generic improper noun word for god/a god. The word allah suits both functions just like in English there's a difference between G-d and god/a god. I don't believe there is a plural form of Yahweh.

Yahweh is the Proper Name of Allah (God) in Hebrew.

In the Bible there is only one Yahweh.

In English Jehovah is the accepted translation of Yahweh.

Deut 6:4 “Listen, O Israel: Jehovah our God is one Jehovah. 5 And you must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and all your soul and all your vital force.

Mark 12:29 Jesus answered: “The first is, ‘Hear, O Israel, Jehovah our God is one Jehovah, 30 and you must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind and with your whole strength.’

--

Allah is the same as El in Hebrew which means 'God, or Mighty one.

There are many gods, or mighty ones, or Allahs

1 Cor 8:5 For even though there are those who are called “gods,” whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many “gods” and many “lords,” 6 there is actually to us one God the Father,

but there is only one Jehovah.

Rev 4:8 And as for the four living creatures, each one of them respectively has six wings; round about and underneath they are full of eyes. And they have no rest day and night as they say: “Holy, holy, holy is Jehovah God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is coming.”

9 And whenever the living creatures offer glory and honor and thanksgiving to the one seated upon the throne, the one that lives forever and ever, 10 the twenty-four elders fall down before the One seated upon the throne and worship the One that lives forever and ever, and they cast their crowns before the throne, saying: 11 “You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.”

Allah is God in arabic and Yahweh is God in hebrew. but what people don't seem to realize is that muslims, christians, and jews that are arab and in arab countries all say Allah, becuase it just means God, well actually the one God. you know the God of the three monotheistic faiths. because we all believe in the same God but we all choose to wrship him differently, but it is just the difference in language. when i speak english i say God and in arabic i say Allah, it is one in the same. i just felt like i had to say that because of the lies that one person said on here about islam

Yahweh is the name of the True and the Living God.

Christ (WHO IS JEHOVAH) and the Hebrew scriptures ONLY recognizes and acknowledges the name of Yahweh as the True and the Living God, but NEVER acknowledges the name of Allah at all.

Why?

Because Allah is a false god who is a Persian moon god (who is actually Satan).

Islam is a false religion founded by a false god.

Muhammed is a false prophet of a false god.

The Quran is a false bible created by a false prophet of a false god.

Those who worship Satan thinking that they are worshipping the True and the living God prove this when they murder in defense of their false god according to their false god's commands.

Christ exposed this false god for who he is:

John 8:44

"Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."
