No - If it was a Zionist Crusade Jews would need to be involved... and if it were a beginning then there would need to be more than just one country invaded.
It was an actions of a very clever man who knew that the best way to be re-elected would be to bomb the crap outta people the other side of the world who looks different, speaks funny and have names folk in Texas can't pronounce.

While the jews had no love of Hussein, he was, at least, the devil you know.
Iran is much more of a threat to them then Iraq ever was, through their funding of the more extreme of the Palestinian political organizations.
They have to be extremely nervous about what is going on over there right now, and what things are going to look like when it all shakes out.

I don't see how you can lump Zionism in with the war in Iraq. The two are unrelated. I happen to be a proud Zionist and there is not "Zionist crusade"
