I have been eating a lot of bread lately. Anybody know what that's supposed to mean?

I probably eat 4 pieces of buttered toast everyday. Two in the morning and two with dinner. I didn't used to eat toast everyday. I am just craving it a lot. Does this mean anything? Am I substituting for something? Am I lacking something in my diet? Or do I simply just love toast right now?

You start eating alot of carbs before you get your period, but you could just love toast

Lots of carbs at about twenty per slice,I went on a low carb diet and read the Atkins book.I would just caution you that too many carbs can put the pounds on and they are a lot harder to get rid of.I also know that packing on the carbs can lead to many bad diseases.In your defense bread carbs are a lot better than cake carbs.

maybe your body needs or wants whats in the bread. you just need to start eating more. and yes, you ARE lacking something in your diet(i don't know what it is though) and its something that is found in bread.
