My doctor advised me to refrain from eating food containing wheat, fish, and pecans as he found out I am allergic to them after doing some test. I am confused. I do not Know what to eat and what not to. Please , can anyone suggest some recipes that are wheat, fish, and pecan free. Right now I am eating eggs( scrambled, omlette, boiled etc.), rice with lentils, rye bread( although all the rye breads I have seen in stores contain a little amount of whole wheat)

I'm surprised your doctor didn't give you more information when you were diagnosed, wheat allergies are life changing. I suggest you get books on the subject from the library and do some research on the Internet. You will have to tailor you diet for the allergy overlap.
