Judas is in hell. Jesus said that he was lost. He was called the son of perdition. That was the difference between Peter and Judas. Peter betrayed Jesus and repented; Judas did not.

Remember, "He who is last will be first"; if Judas was the least of the apostles because of his betrayal of Christ, wouldn't he be considered one of the "elite" when Jesus comes again? Perhaps they were both fulfilling the prophecies.

The Good and the Bad will be resurrected from the dead on Judgment Day. The good go to eternal life, and the bad to eternal punishment. God's mercy is limitless, so it is therefore impossible to say who will go where. We will all find out at the judgment.
