So sorry for your recent losses.
I hope you will consider therapy. It can make all the difference.
In the meantime, I suggest "A Grief Observed" (a book) by C.S. Lewis. It should be available at your local library.
Also, surf to http://www.griefnet.org to connect with others struggling with similar issues.
I'll be praying for you,
~M~

Delores,
Yes, these sad things can an do happen. So sorry for your pain.
Your question sounds like you are on "overload" with it all.
The less you sleep, the more your other symptoms will increase.
There is a website where you can get online or phone counseling/coaching. Check out newlife.com Do call their 1-800-NEWLIFE number. A counselor will give you a call back to discuss how you might begin to approach your problem. Grief can be very intense.
Does your church know of your issues to be praying for you and looking in on you? Do you have a close friend who can spend a few nights with you? Have you informed your family Dr. of your current symptoms and why you're having them?
These would be important things for you to do.
If your condition is extreme you may need for a friend or relative to make these calls for you, or arrange for grief counseling or Dr.s appointment. Sometimes having a friend present, holding your hand can truly be helpful as you face who you need to speak with in your appointments.
It appears that you have just too heavy a load currently to be able to handle it all yourself. Ask for help. ACCEPT HELP.
Call your minister, and they can assist you.

i am truely sorry to hear about your losses, I strongly suggest a therapist, they help alot. I would also see your doctor, medication was the only thing that helps my panic attacks. I am also able to leave the house again thanks to medication. I wish the best of luck to you dear. I am also a good listener, so if you need someone to talk to or just vent, I am here, I cant promise i can give you answers, but i am a great listener. Walks and bike riding helps alot too, sunlight is the most natural cure! Take care of you.

First see a doctor to make sure you are in good health and consider medication for depression. Look for local bereavement support groups in your area ( call local funeral homes for info) Consult your minister and ask for counsel. You need alot of support and would benefit from medical care. Compassionate Friends is a great organization to check with. Remember that grief is a process that takes time to heal. Best wishes.

I can't imagine the turmoil you must be going through.. .no one should ever have to bare witness to such horrible tragedy as what you've described, all in one lifetime... if you ever just want to talk about your problems with someone in private, the people here care about what you have to say...

I also agree with michelle's answer, C.S. Lewis is an excellent Christian author and his books are very insightful and helpful...

You need to fill up your time with as much activity that you can. Join a club, go hiking, move to a different location. Just keep busy.
