on x factor the other day i heard that a girls appendicts burst and then i have had my self convinced that mine were going to .

u no when you can convince your self that much that you actually get a slight pain there well i have done that and i get a pain ofen in my right side quite faint but i have been getting this pain for over 7 months since i started my periods which i was late to start and this pain come and goes but whren it goes it dont come bak for at least a month!!!!!

also i have been getting a sort of head ache for about 2-3 days in between my 2 eyes i heard that it is or can be caused by stress!!!?

It sounds lik PMS. You can find out by getting a calendar and marking the days you feel pain and where. Don't for get to mark when you have your periods. After two months you should see a pattern. Like the pain starts three or four days before your period.
See you obgyn doc and tell her/him what's going on if the pain is too bad for you to do your normal stuff or if your period is lasting too long or is very heavy. Otherwise just learn about PMS and pay attention to how your body is changing. Talk to your mom. She probably went through the same thing at 16.
Stress less. Don't let things get to you so much.

If your appendicts was going to burst you would not have long term symstems when your appendicts burst it ussaly happens in a short time.

go to the dr and get checked out. You may also be suffering from anxiety.

you are probably ovulating...please talk to your mother about this, or search it....
