My stomach feels weird.?

... i ate about 3 hours ago. I had 3 soyrizo tacos. I felt full, but now my stomach feels very empty and hungry. But i don't feel like eating anything\... like my rbain tells me im full. and i have the feeling in my throat that im full. You know.. it feel sliek if you were to put any more food dwn it youd get sick? taht one. ugh.
help?

the feeling in my throat is lessening becasue ive felt like this for awhile now.
