How fancy is the dress? Gold would give a very elegant look. Silver would still be fancy but a step up from plain white. Black would draw too much attention away from the dress this time of year, but ok for fall or winter.

You could just go black and be simple. This is probably best if your dress has a pattern, or is lace, or some kind of fabric. If it's just a plain white dress, though, I recommend a pattern- unless you're sort of shy, in which case you should just go simple. I would recommend a plaid clutch with red, black, and white, something with black, white, and pink flowers, generally, something that has black, white, and another color to put a little color into your outfit. I do recommend red, because it's a great color, but if you don't like red, any color would be good. If you have a color, you can even match jewelry to it, like a pair of earrings, bracelet, or necklace. Or even a flower in your hair. Since it's prom, you should probably use a nice clytch, not a cheat little claire's thing. Try looking for one where you bought your dress, or in a little dress shop. Good luck! Have a nice prom.

i think any other light color would look good. like if you had a printed clutch or something with a bunch of colors including rose, then you could take another one of those colors out and get shoes that color! like light light green or light purple. ivory is also a good choice but that might be too close to white. i also like the idea of silver shoes and clutch because silver really goes with anything! hope it helps!

What is the occasion? Is it for a party or something more formal a wedding perhaps? How about an ivory colour shoe, or a glittery silver which would look fantastic. Hope this helps

light brown would look very cute. pink and brown are complimentary colors. for a fresh look, use a pale green for a spring fresh vibe. for a more dramatic look, black would be fine.
