Deep cleansing breaths right before you speak. Try to stay as calm as you can. You will do great!

As you probably already know, the shaking of your voice comes from how nervous you are. Whenever I am nervous, I focus on a couple of things - breathing deeply from my diaphragm (stopping and taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth until I actually feel my body relax more). And then I think about some really good things about the performance and/or speech I am about to do - for e.g. that this will mean ____ to these people or that when I have completed this I will have reached ____ goal.

does that help?

It sounds like the reason your voice is shaking is because you're nervous. Try talking yourself through what you are afraid of and what the "worst case scenario" is, and you'll probably realize that there isn't much to be worried about. When you're about to give your speech, take a deep breath to collect yourself, smile (if appropriate), and be confident. Hope that helps! Good luck and I'm sure you'll do a great job!

First, calm down. This sounds like a case of nerves. Then try and have some warm tea because it lubricates the throat.
