I dont think so. Christians get upset when I say this, but I think Christianity (or any religion) is our way of reaching him, not his way of reaching us.

He is a Christian, but He's above being a Christian. He's the founder of what we call Christianity.

I see this question come up often. It's as if we are all supposed to be incredulous about any answer in the affirmative.

Yes. God is a Christian, and HE happens to be able to make the rules and kick anyone's butt that HE wants to. I guess some people don't want that to be true. But it is.

Why would God be a Christian? Christian means a follower of Christ. Since God is the father of Christ I am fairly certain he is not a follower of him.

LOL are you serious?

God loves His son Jesus Christ, and gave us the Holy Word of God, the bible. But ultimately, God is beyond all of our interpretations of Him, including the formalized notion of "Christianity." However, Christianity is closest to the Truth of God because it declares Jesus as the Son of God, which is the most important thing human beings ever need to know.

Well 8 track....people created religion, it is a man made thing, as for God, if there is one, I doubt he/she/it will be inclined to lean towards any Earthly religion, and it really doesn't matter IF he/she/it sends their child down to the Earth to preach to us...at least in my opinion.

Does God worship himself and accept his son as his savior? Haha... that sounds like a jacked-up sitcom about an egocentric loony...
