search online for potential interview questions. most companies use the same questions for at least some of their interview questions. online you can find sample questions and sample answers that include what they are looking for. don't be nervous. if you're meant to get the job you will....

In my experience a group interview is usually the first of a two-stage or even three-stage selection process. The group thing is not s much an interview as a mini-seminar on the history, growth and goals of the organisation. The group interview is appropriate in respect of a position where you would be dealing constantly with the public. If you are judged to have handled the group thing badly (either because you are too quiet/timid or you argue with other group members0, you are unlikly to proceed through to the second stage.

One of the ladies at my old school used to interview people for those job. You kinda have to answer the questions the right way and need some confidences, but never be arrogant.

I guess you sorta have to have a flare about you, that makes you more specials than the other people who are going after the job. I'm not sure what you should do, but being a good speaker often helps.

Good Luck

Relax. Dress professionally. Be yourself. Have copies of your resume. Try to remember everyone's name.

They might ask: Why do you want to work for BOA? Have you ever worked in banking before? Are you good with people? What kind of jobs have you had? What are your strenghts? What are your weaknesses? Why should we hire you? How does a checking account work? What do you think customers look for in a bank? Are you familiar with our products? What was your favorite course in school and why?

If you have time, go to a different branch of BOA, or visit their website, and get brochures or read about their products before the interview...just basic stuff.

Relax, you'll do fine.
